Mission Statement
At Natick Dental Partners, we make it our goal to consistently provide exceptional dental care for our patients in a professional and caring environment. Our objective is to create a welcoming space catered to you and your loved ones. We aim to educate, enlighten and encourage our patients to value excellent dental health as much as we do. We welcome your input in the treatment planning for your child to ensure your family's needs are met. Thank you for choosing Natick Dental Partners and joining us in providing you and your family with dental care.
Office Policies
The office is closed on Sundays and major holidays. We provide 24 hour coverage for emergencies to our patients. Natick Dental Partners schedules patients on an appointment basis, we ask you call in advance so that we can reserve a time for you. Because of the multiple departments in our office, there may be a situation that will demand additional time. Please be assured that you and your family will receive the utmost care regardless of time constraints. In the event of these emergencies, your patience will be appreciated.
Our office schedules appointments for younger children in the morning. Young children have been shown to be more relaxed and respond favorably when well rested. We allow parents to accompany their child during morning visits. Patients seen in the afternoon are usually older, to accommodate school schedules. For your younger child's benefit, please keep this in mind when scheduling appointments. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We ask that you give us 48 hours' notice. A failed appointment fee will only be charged when insufficient notice is given to the office.
FINANCIAL & INSURANCE
We are a "fee for service" dental practice, meaning patients pay for treatment on the day that services are rendered. We are participating providers for Delta Dental Premier, Delta DMIC (Total Choice) PPO or Premier, BCBS MA Indemnity, Altus Dental, Cigna PPO and United Concordia Elite.
We work with many out of network insurance plans and our patients pay the out of pocket amount estimated by your insurance company in full at the time of service. Should the copay estimate change once your claim is processed, we will send you a final statement for any remaining balance owed. If you have any questions, please speak with our Billing Department at your visit or call (508) 655-0818.
Arrangements Concerning Fillings
If your child is diagnosed with a cavity, the material used for a filling will be either resin (tooth-colored) or amalgam (silver). We charge the same for an amalgam and a resin fillings, however insurance companies may not pay for a resin filling at the same level as amalgam or in some cases will not pay at all for resin fillings.
Even if your insurance plan will pay for the resin filling at the amalgam rate, there will still be a significant co-payment due to contractual constraints imposed upon us. This co-payment is the patient's responsibility! All plans are different, and it is very important, if finances are a concern, to file a pre-treatment estimate with your insurance. We will be happy to do that for you at your request.
Arrangements Concerning Nitrous Oxide
Administration of nitrous oxide is not usually a covered service by many insurance companies. We may ask patients to pay on the day that services are rendered.
