James “Jamie” F. Kane, III, D.M.D.
Biography
Dr. Kane lives and grew up right here in Metro-west. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst at the top of his class and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the Tufts School of Dental Medicine. He did his orthodontic training at Tufts as well and received his post-doctoral certificate in Orthodontics. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Massachusetts Association of Orthodontists and the Massachusetts Dental association. He is the past president of the Massachusetts Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Kane enjoys implementing technology into our practice and has revamped the way retainers as well as aligners are made at NDP. He has lectured at Yankee Dental Congress on integrating the modern dental office with contemporary digital equipment and taught post-doctoral graduate students the modern approach.
Having worked in the practice since he was 12 years old, Dr. Kane's responsibilities have gone from things as simple as painting the parking lot to as complex as managing partner. He now resides in Holliston, Massachusetts with his wife, Krista, son Jack and two daughters Delia and Teagan. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, going to the beach, skiing, concerts and supporting the Patriots - no matter what!
